Mixed bag

Product was fine for my federal tax return including e filing. I was not able to e file my state return because of a 1099R issue, the product stated the program did not have the ability to handle this. The paper return I printed was extensive as well as unclear on how to handle the taxes owed. Seems like the days of using this product to do my own return are coming to an end.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
