Verified Purchase:Yes
Received a deficiency notice from IRS because e-file return did not transfer correctly.After several months was able to resolve the issue by faxing a printed copy of the return to the IRS.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software did not prompt or show me where to enter Foreign Sourced Income related to a 1099-DIV. None of the auto imports for financial institutions worked even though several were listed as supported.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You do not get five free filing. Example, if you get a rejection your misstske of system error. that count as an filing

Fell Short of Expectations

Compared to previous years versions, this year's tax software was a huge disappointment. I nearly gave up and bought a competitor's product. It failed to accurately import some fields from forms that previously were flawless, new questions were at times ambiguous, and it did not import all information from a previous year's return using HRB software. I wasted a lot of time looking back through previous years' documents and software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
