Poor federal estimated tax portion of the program

In my opinion your estimated tax preparation section for 2020 does not give a correct result. If you apply lets say $400 to 2020 from 2019 with a 2019 tax of $2,000, the first quarter estimate should be $100 and for each of the last three quarters it should be $500. Your program takes the $1600 and divides by 4 saying $400 should be paid each quarter.

Everything good except they charge to efile state. This should be included in packages other than basic.

Much more user friendly than Turbo Tax. I used Turbo Tax for years but have used H&R Block for the past two years. Much less strain doing taxes...

Great for BASIC stuff, but not for anything else.

I like that the interview process is fairly easy for normal income, dividends, etc, but not easy for other things such as 1099Misc income for a one time thing. Additionally, if you need to contact someone about an issue with the software is close to impossible to do that unless you have all day to wait on hold.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
