I've been using H&R Block Premium for years. I used TT way back when, and again in 2014 because it was a few bucks cheaper that year. Now I will pay a few bucks more for Block because it's more user friendly.

I have trusted and used H&R Block software for years. It is very easy to use. I love that it moves all of your data to the new software each year. It really saves me a lot of time. I love that it does the final check and shows me where changes may be needed, missed things, or possible errors. I like the audit risk. It took me about 20 min. to complete my taxes this year. E-filing is easy.
I share my software with my Dad. He completes and E-files his taxes from my software.
I love getting back the maximum refund!

I retired this year after 35 years of doing taxes. Your software was somewhat frustrating but I finally mastered it and got the return filed this evening. I realize it couldn't have had the depth of the professional software I had used for years, but it did a good job and I thank you.
