I have been using tax prep software from H&R block for years. I feel secure in the fact that H&R block will protect me as I prepare and file my taxes as well as after I have filed.

Removed the option to chat/talk to a Tax Expert

The software is very good and user friendly with plenty of embedded advise.
The low rating is because the price is the same as previous years but the option to chat with a Tax Expert for free has been removed. Because of this change, I am reluctant to recommend your product to other people. I plan to check the market for next year return.

Very intuitive and easy to use. The only down side is it took several tries to import my 2018 tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this software for years. I have always been satisfies. My only problem this year is that I got the e-mail several days ago saying my tax return was submitted but have not gotten the follow up that it is accepted by the IRS. Usually I get that within a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
