Even slicker experience than previous years

Due to a long-planned family event, I had less time than usual. I was afraid I would not be able to finish it until close to the deadline, but it won't so smoothly that I finished before we left for the event.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Nice product. I had a lot of questions about the new 2018 Tax laws, but H&R Block did a nice job of taking me through each step smooth and easy.

Saved Me Big Time

TurboTax was a disaster this year. Out of desperation I tried HRB which I have not used for years. Clean, neat, intuitive program. I AM A BELIEVER. Will not be going back to TT.
Only gripe was I not import USAA and WF Advisors but it was easy to enter the 1099's.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

It's OK if you don't have a complicated return.

The program lacked support with K-1's. It said that I would have to file by mail after entering certain information from my K-1's. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, the program worked fine for everything else.
