except: wanted to see wifes income for the state and I couldn't find a way to see it. your program said she had no income. I hope your right!

Ease of use, prompts, forms, answers to problems, potential RED FLAGS all addressed under one program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Used HR for nearly 2 decades. 2018 was a nightmare. Software will no longer save things such as bank routing number, account info from federal to state forms. Constant repetition. Attempting to account for MEDICAL INSURANCE where every month required multiple repeated entries was a literal NIGHTMARE>
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Room for improvement

I have been using HR Block for years but was disappointed this year when I owed over $1000 and the program could not give me the right method of payment option which was Online Payment Arrangement with IRS recommended by Form 9465
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst tax software I have ever used! Would never buy again regardless of cost.
