Service became tops

I’ve ised the program faithfully for four years without a glitch. This year there was a snafu that required customer service help. Once they figured it out, all was well. I’ll be back for another round next year.

Generally straightforward to use. Main concern is the poor help in the common situation of filers who own mutual funds that include international stocks or bonds hence need to complete form 1116. This should be real easy for those with no other income from foreign sources but you made it very difficult by punting to IRS forms that then refer to various IRS instructions that are not provided.

Depreciation Nightmare!

The depreciation for my residential rental property on my California return is slightly different than my Federal return, but making the adjustment in the H&R Block Premium Software is extremely difficult and confusing! Still don't know if I entered the correct values in the right spots!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
