pretty bad on Mac

There is a bug in printing/saving pdf on Mac, there is jumbled incomplete text except the cover sheet.
They seemed to be interested, but I never heard back. The program has no updates, so apparently it ain't gonna be fixed.
To be clear, the only part of my return that I can see outside of their program is the cover page.
Maybe some other company's program will be able to load the return and print it?

Tough to navigate

Wasn't impressed on navigating through the process. To edit or modify an input figure, "back" screen seldom gets you there. Instead, it's necessary to know where the figure is placed within all the forms to git to it. I would have liked to see a reference to each of the interview questions as to where it's used. Also, State e-filing is extra cost in addition to the H&R Block State return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software works reasonably well once you know its quirks. Data on mutual funds entered for the Federal return are not reliably transferred to the state return. Another complication is that you are what # worksheet to transfer data to without any giving any clues. Not great. I have flagged these before. Nothing gets fixed. I have been using this software for decades, when it was still freeware.
