I had more problems this year than previously. One thing was an inability to re-assign an amount of excess taxes to carry to next year when I had to file an update due to some late-arriving forms.

The product was good but unreliable with the numbers keep on changing every time. But stabilized after the last update. Hope they add more features when the Return gets complex.

Generally, the product and service is good. However, from year to year simple parts of the software changes and not for the better. Example: 2024 version required manual farm rental entries whereas past versions did not. This creates confusion. I would also prefer an all in one price that INCLUDES the cost for state filing, not just the state software.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Not happy. Bought the investment addition plus state. It could not handle the K1 reports. I had to file for an extension, including estimated tax. Did not get the state filed either. Now I need to hire a tax relief to clean up this mess.
