Not happy I got ropped into a subscription and no way to change it online. Have to call and deal with a computer or a person who can barely speak English!

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I wasn't able toe-file because I couldn't remember last year's Pin numbers and hadn't written them down. It was very frustrating to keep getting emails saying the IRS rejected my return. I eventually had to mail the return, causing delays in processing time. I realize that security is important, but there should be another way to recover the Pin, such as through security questions or a security coded texted or emailed to me.

I had an issue with the state return from 2022 and when I called the 800 number I was told these was no support available sine there are no "tax experts" answering the phone. I have been using the software for 15 years and always remember seeing "We're here to help" at the end of the process. Apparently an empty promise! I will never use the product again nor recommend it to anyone!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
