Navigation of the wizard flow is kind of funky but once you get used to it you can usually manage with only some frustration. At this point, so many users are trained on it that improving it would annoy too many people.
What's most annoying is that they have disabled copy-and-paste in many places. I always keep side notes and this program makes me type entries by hand. Stupid!

Failed to input my 1099-R forms from T Rowe Price. Had to manually enter them. QCDs were a pain to enter.
Cons: Hard to prepare
