bought my program online like I do every year its downloaded. I like the program helps me get my taxes done prettyt easily and it always comes with free filing. Except this year when I went to file it said my code was invalid I even made sure I had typed it in correctly and it was still invalid I tried to contact the person I got the program from and it was like they had disappeared from the face of the earth, so I had to end up paying a filing fee which kinda of made me upsetr because it was supposed to be free
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I was unable to e file my Maryland income tax return because I was unable to find a way to upload a document prove a deduction for being a volunteer fire fighter

I've used H&R Block Premium Software for over 10 years and am satisfied with the software's operation. It is relatively easy to maneuver thru the program, and most questions/issues are able to be addressed in the Help section. However, I do have one recommendation. To simplify W-2G income, it would be helpful if the software allowed spreadsheet entry of this income when there are multiple entries with the same required information (e.g., payer information, state ID, etc). This would save time and allow completion on one "form" vs. clicking thru several pages for data entry.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
