This is a good program, which I have used for the last 20 years. It has limited functionality with some investments, particularly limited partnerships. It is also cumbersome when calculating kiddie tax and possible tax penalty with irregular income/est tax. Still recommend, however.
Cons: Time consuming

Basically a good process, but navigation within software could be improved. More topic information directly within the software would also be helpful. Being directed outside of the software is cumbersome. Otherwise, overall a good program which I have used for several years and will continue to utilize in the future.

I got four alerts and 5 errors when I reviewed. None of the alerts were real! I fixed all the errors. None of the alerts were problems. I got the same 4 alerts last year. They finally when away after review the data multiple times. Not sure I will use this product next year.

One of the worst experiences doing taxes. Could not file on paper. IRS would not accept e-file. Your pulled wrong numbers from last year's return and I could not correct it manually.

This is the second year running that I have used this software and it works fine. I have compared it to others online using their online tax software and it comes up similar. I think there are nuances between them. The only issue I had was needing to switch between OS. It took a lot of phone calls and such to install on another computer which made things difficult but it still worked fine.
