I was surprised that your software does not allow efile for the California tax return for the reason of business loss. TurboTax and Taxact I used before do not have this issue. Hope for the tax year 2925, this will be changed.

The program continues to increase cost while providing less and less information regarding the completion of the tax return. The AI bot is a failure. The ability to answer simple straightforward questions results in the same answer - I don't the answer to that, can I help you something else. Just program that response into every inquiry made and don't attempt to make anyone believe there is any attempt to provide assistance.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
