has trouble interpreting some tax law. doesn't link to all forms related. If I didn't put the number on a line then you have to tell me where it came from! When importing data it transferred not only the account I requested but all associated accounts!!! a real nightmare AaaaHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Eventually we got the job done.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to import

I find this easy to use, although I have used for a number of years now so that helps my familiarity. So far no concerns from IRS so have to believe this works! It has Schedule C capability, this program is helpful in figuring it all out (1st time is the worst). I do wish there was a way to merge 2 files to see if separate or joint is best for married people rather than having to re-enter some data.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Would not let me e-file and pdf would not print

The program automatically loaded a prior year AGI from my last year's return which was wrong because I did not file with H&R block, and then it would not let me change it, which I needed to to do for e-file. Then I could not print the PDF to allow me to mail my return.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I’m glad I bought this software but I do think it’s very cumbersome. It takes hours of time and forward and backward and sideways to get to the proper screen. Send them I need to remember to Save. I needed lots of advice to maneuver this program. BTW I’m a techie.
