I have used the software for a long time and I have different issues each year. Overall, as a retired CPA, I can deal with it because I know what the schedules should look like. Granted, the troublesome schedules seem to vary from one year to the next, but at least they are some of the lesser used ones.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor documentation. Try a search for where to report dividends, for example, and see if it actually specifies a location. Handling bitcoin seems to have two options which are unclear, etc.
I have used Block for years but in the last three, product quality has declined annually. This will be my last year with Block.

I bought this about a week go. Very frustrating. Too much jargon, not plain talk. Early on it asked me if I was disabled (I am) but never followed up. On my rental, I didn’t see the opportunity to ID the HOA fees. That probably cost me $$$$. On the Energy Credit part, I forgot to check the “Carry forward” box for my address. It showed as an error but wouldn’t let me correct it. I had to delete the form and start over. Overall, very frustrating. I’m sure I lost money but I just got tired of fighting it and had to get it done that day.
