I’ve used Taxcut for over 10 years by now, and are now relatively efficient in doing my taxes with Taxcut. It’s not as Jazzy as TurboTax, but gets the job done and is less cumbersome.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

BUT , the error was visible to the agent and not me...software
should display all errors and maybe guesses about errors.

I had a pretty straightforward experience with the H&R Block Premium software for my 2023 return, but not with my 2024 return. First, a page asking about my RMD assumed that I didn't meet my RMD, even though I did. And another form wouldn't allow me to input my SS income- typing into the box did nothing.
