Makes doing taxes pretty easy but the interface is VERY dated, zooming in cuts off text and some kind of dark mode would be nice, bright white is difficult for people with light sensitivity. I may look at other software next year, I've used this for 20 years but I'm sick of fighting an interface designed in 2001.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Been using for years but this year had an issue with that it automatically filled in the 8692 form and it was not accurate and we would have had to pay more taxes than necessary. Ended up paying someone to do our daughters taxes to make sure they were accurate.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
