Federal E-file code did not work Had to pay to file federal tax return
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Can not file Utah state e-file for 3rd year

Everything just great except Block to Utah E-file Program. Will not accept 1099R "state payer's state no". Tried everything. Third year in a row have to file Utah state manually/paper. Can you help after 3 or do I need to go 4 years
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Don't Charge for e-filing state returns

When I purchased the tax software I thought the price paid was all inclusive. If you wish to charge for this include it in the price as you do for e-filing a federal return.

I like the 5 free Federal e-file returns, but I like to see it expanded. Change to 5 Federal or State e-file returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have bought H&R for more than 10 years. This year a problem with one of H&R forms caused my Fed return to be rejected after pending for 2 weeks. This caused state to be rejected also. I now have send state in on paper with a copy of the fed. also A pain in the back side. Not transferring some Fed information to the state forms.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

This is easy to use for the person who has not idea how to file their own taxes. I do not like that we don't get at least one free state filing like in previous versions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Pretty good overall. The only that I have some uncomfortable feeling now and was altogether confused the first time I used the program: having more than one rental properties it would be really great to see some indication on the screen (heading or the like) to which property the current activity on the screen applies. It is probably usual and not just my way that we fill same data and then return to the program. Having some kind of a "flag" when using the program to which property it all applies would be much easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trouble downloading state

Used hrblock for years with no problem, really liked it. This year has been terrible. Still can’t get state to download. Filed federal but will continue working to get state.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
