I am sorry but your product does not work for me, It is much to fast I feel my teeth are shaking and being torn apart, I would have returned it but my husband had already thrown away the packaging.

Lacks Quadpacer

I've been a Sonicare user for many years and love the product. I just puchased a new one and to my dismay this unit does not have the Quadpacer feature. I believe this to be an import feature of the brushing cycle. For best results pick a model that includes Quadpacer.
Cons: lacks quadpacer

Horrible smell

This is a great toothbrush as matters of cleaning your teeth. The problem with it, is the design. It doesn't matter how well you clean your toothbrush, water hides in a very small hole that you can't clean not even with a q tip and it creates fungus and it smells putrid.
Pros: clean teeth
Cons: bad design

This is a great product. It has helped my gum disease in just 3 months. My dentist was thrilled by my results last visit.
Pros: reasonable cost
Cons: brush heads are expensive

I have only owned this for about three weeks,and it is already not working.I let it charge till the light goes solid. I then try to use it and get nothing more than a low non working buzz. I bought this for me and my son, and it's a piece of junk. I am very unhappy with this product!

Beats the old hand-held toothbrush by far. Great on plaque, dental work and pockets. My dentist recommended it to me 15 or so years ago. They've outlasted the warranty. Have had to replace actual handles/units about every 3 years.

I previously had a sonicare that cost a bit more and had a feature that notified you every 30 seconds when to move the toothbrush. It also came with a nice form-fitted plastic travel case. When I purchased the additional heads I didn't realize they didn't have either feature. Also, they come with a simple toothbrush "suitcase" thing which isn't very efficient when you want to keep your toothbrush pcs. sanitary and separated from each other. So, for a value brush head, this product is good. But had I known what I was accidentally buying, I would've opted for an exact replacement of my original, even at a higher cost

Cons: doesn't have notification of teeth quadrant featur, doesn't have nice sanitary travel case
