Great Brushing - easy to use

I was only reading the negative reviews for the fun of it and felt I had to say this product is great. Seems like the negative comments are user errors....just saying. This is my 2nd one after the charger failed on the first one after 5 years. There were no new chargers available anywhere. The brush was still working great until the batts went down. Felt sad having to replace it for no reason other then no power and sending her to the toothbrush graveyard. I hope this time Sonicare keeps more spare parts available. Anyway awesome product and lasts a long time.
Pros: teeth are clean and feel awesome

This toothbrush holds a charge longer than any I have ever owned.

My dental hygenist recommended I get an electric toothbrush a few years ago and recommended this one. I had the first one for several years and finally needed to replace it. This one has been even better than I remember the first one being in that after the first full charge, it has held power going on two weeks now.

My e series (sensitive) brush heads keep breaking

My e series (sensitive) brush heads keep breaking after a few weeks of use. One of the metal pieces on the inside keeps breaking, leaving the brush head useless. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the brush heads weren't as expensive as they are. I wouldn't recommend this specific product because of the brush head design. I had a sonicare toothbrush before this one and the heads slipped on the top instead of screwing on and those never broke. If the brush heads keep breaking like they have been I won't be using this product for much longer...

Loyal Customer For Over 10 Years . . .

I have been using Sonicare since it came out, at the recommendation of my dentist, who received no consideration from the company.
Am buying Sonicare toothbrushes for my two brothers because their wives have received root canals within a month of each other. Was shocked to find manual toothbrushes in their bathrooms!
I use a manual toothbrush along with my Sonicare to clean the tongue and soft tissues in the mouth.
Sonicare's customer service was consistently outstanding!
Pros: cleans better than a manual toothbrush, discourages "scrubbing" of the teeth., extra soft brush heads easy on the gums, consistently outstanding customer service
Cons: none!

I am not happy with this new brush.

I previously had a Sonicare that timed my brushing so I knew when to move to another section of my mouth. I thought I was getting that feature again and didn't and I really miss that prompt convenience. Also, I wash the entire handle after brushing but still the toothpaste runs out of the bottom seam while it is sitting in the recharger, and I have to wash that mess everyday. So, am I happy with the new toothbrush????? No, I am not. Thanks for asking.
Pros: not good like my last one was
Cons: hard to keep the brush handle clean

I detest this thing.

Difficult to manipulate around my mouth without getting toothpaste and saliva all over hair, walls, counter, etc. HATE the vibrating plastic bumping my teeth as I try to manage moving it around my mouth trying to not get sprayed with toothpaste. Hate the auto on/off feature. It should run until I switch it off, period.

was told I would feel like I had my teeth cleaned by a dentist after use. Felt like I should get my old brush and a brush.
