I love that the head and brush is in one piece. Our old one, also a Phillips, but when I bought a new brush head, it messed up our power base and wouldn't pull off, breaking our power handle. We were so disappointed but tried the brand again...we love this one.
Cons: little big for my hand.

For what these things cost, they should be keeping their charges for AT LEAST 3-4 years, as my first one did years ago. Now they cost a whole lot more and won't stay charged!
Cons: too pricey for the life of the battery
