This is my first rechargeable toothbrush, and it cleans far better than manual ones. I also bought replacement heads. The only thing that worries me is I seem to always hit my teeth with the hard part and I hope that doesn't chip my teeth. I think an improvement would be to coat the hard brush-support with a soft plastic to protect teeth from that possibility and provide safety.
Pros: best price, cleans well
Cons: hard plastic needs soft coating for safety

It is very convenient to have the built in timer to give the signal that you have brushed sufficiently. Also the warning beep signal that it is time to recharge is another handy feature. I find that when rinsing the handle the head fills up with water which is an annoyance to me.
Cons: the brush head takes in water when rinsing handle

After brushing my teeth feel clean they have a glossy feel to them. The messaging of my gums makes me think they are healthier now then they were amonth ago . I am very pleased and would recommend the product.
