This product is great. When using a normal toothbrush my gums would always get irritated. After the first use with the Sonicare my gums didn't hurt and my mouth is the cleanest it's ever felt.

No need to time my brushing

As opposed to my previous brush, this one is much noisier and vibrates too much. It does the job well, I like the fact that I can travel with it without the charger since it supposed to last for 2 weeks. I like the slimmer design as well. But the noise and vibration should be looked into ASAP.
The performance of this item is unbelievable. My 2 grandson have there own, and they also love it.

Purchased this product around 3 months ago, battery will not hold a charge now, turns off after 49 seconds. Cannot in good conscience recommend this to a friend
