Sonicare is wonderful. I purchased my sonicare at the recommendation of my sister who is a hygienist when my nephew was an infant. My nephew turned 16 last year and my toothbrush just stopped charging. How many electric toothbrushe manufacturers can say that about their products. I know have to buy a new toothbrush and I have to admit that I am a bit nervous that the newer models are not made as good but we will see. In the meantime.....thanks Sonicare for 16 great years.

This is my second one but it has one big flaw. I really miss the 30-second hesitation. It is a bit smaller body but same size brush head. The 30-second pause is really a big deal to me. Who wants to try to count 30 seconds when they are brushing their teeth early in the morning. Other than that it is a great product but . . .
Pros: smaller than my last but brushes the same.
Cons: missing the 30 second pause is a big deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife purchased the Essence 5000 Series toothbrush as a Christmas gift for us. I am so happy that she gave us a great gift because it makes brushing so much easier to do now. Not only did we noticed that our new toothbrushes make our teeth look and feel cleaner they don't take up much counter space with their holders
Pros: easy to use

Got it for Christmas

I just got this brush for Christmas and I love it so far! it makes my teeth feel very very clean, and the interchangeable heads make it convenient for both my fiance and I to use it. (sharpie works well on the head plastic too so we could write our names on it) and I am very excited to see how my dental health, and whiteness improves!!!
P.S. mine didn't come with the travel bag as well :( I asked them to send me a new one since I kind of wanted it so we'll see if that works.

was recommended by my Dentist. But the Pictures shows a Travel Bag and Mine did not come with them I Ordered Two of them.
