The tooth brush works well, miss the 30 sec timer

The tooth brus works as it is intended. Bought this because my previous sonicare product helped in my dental care and was very reliable, lasted over ten years with 2 people using it. The switch began to fail so I replaced it. Don't know why you chose to change the timer from four - 30 second timers to a straight 2 minute time but I feel that is a step backward in what you had. It can't be much of a cost savings! I hope the mechanics are as good as my previous Sonicare brush.
Pros: works as designed
Cons: one timer

Shortcomings

Previous model that I used had a timer associated with the recommended quadrant technique of brushing. This new one does not have it, and I miss it. It should be a standard feature.
