great toothbrush...great service

i bought a new toothbrush and had a problem with the battery....the good folks at sonicare went above and beyond the call of duty to get a replacement battery to me....... i love my new tooth brush......every time i use it i feel like i've been to the best dental hygenist in the world.......thank you sonicare

Brush is great with one exception

I have just had to replace my original sonicare brush. Unlike my original brush, which was the first ones made, this one does not have the slight pause every 30 seconds and makes it harder to keep on track to complete the quadrants in the 2 minutes allotted. I understand the now the next model up comes with a beep to space it out but I think they all should have at least the pause included.
Pros: great results
Cons: no 30 second notification

Sonicare is great

I use my sonicare toothbrush all the time. I feel like it gets my teeth much cleaner than a regular toothbrush does. It also is suppose to keep away the plaque. My moutth feels much fresher afterwards.

Best Toothbrush Ever

I have been using a Sonic Care Toothbrush ever since my Interplaque broke years ago. I have been continually pleased ever since. I always get good checkups at the dentist and I credit the Sonic care with that. No more pockets and cleanings are a breeze. Thank you Sonic Care. I might not ever have to get dentures!

Love the Sonicare Essence toothbrush. Was very pleased when Sonicare replaced a defective brush head that came with the toothbrush. This is my second brush and have been very happy with it. Would like to see more coupons on replacement brushes though. Lynn N.
