I am a fanatic concerning oral care. This is a terrific product and I highly recommend it. I first was introduced to this item by my Father and have never gone back. I have replaced my original one after 6 years of very regular use and have no complaints at all. This unit lacks the extra unnecessary luxury comforts of some of the others, yet the brushes per minute are exactly the same. To me, the extra features are not needed to get the desired and appreciated result. Trust me, I like luxury, but here it is not altogether imperative to get what we are here for. The results are the same for sure, just ask my hygienist! All I have to say is go for it! I am one happy customer for years now!
Pros: terrific just from the dentist feel!
Cons: not a one...

The Philips Sonicare Essence Rechargeable sonic toothbrush has been everything I was expecting and more! Feels like my mouth is much more clean and fresh! Took it with me on a business trip with out the charger and the unit stayed charged and worked great!
Pros: battery life is great!, much cleaner feeling after brushing

I had been using a manual toothbrush for years. However, plaque buildup had become a problem. My dentist recommended the Sonicaire toothbrush. After the first use, I noticed that my teeth felt cleaner. My gums felt healthier, too. After just one brush. My mouth feels great every time. Thanks for this product.

This is the second Sonicare toothbrush I have purchased for my daughter and it works great cleaning her teeth. She had braces for 2 years and this toothbrush helped her get all the gunk out of her mouth each day and now her teeth are brace free and beautiful.

This is my second sonicare toothbrush (think I wore the first one out). When my old one stopped working I waited a while to replace and my dental hygenist asked me what I was doing?? She could tell that I hadn't been using one as I had lots more tarter build-up- which I had never had before. Will not be without my Sonicare again!
