Good product that could benefit from a few improvements.

1. All models need an audible timer.
2. Needs a better system for draining fluids from the handle.
3. Brush heads too expensive to replace every 3 months.

Pros: have good dental check ups since using sonicare., my hygenist uses sonicare.
Cons: expensive brush heads., should have audible timers on all models.

This product lacks the 50-second notification system

This product does not let you know to change quadrants every 50 seconds. It's not clear on the packaging. I'll look for a competitor's product before I take the risk and pay more for a Philips product. I could pay more for the Philips product like this time when I paid more for the SonicCare that would use the spare Elite toothbrush heads I have from the Elite whose battery no longer holds a charge and then not get the same features as the Elite that went bad. When I went online to register, there were multiple types of Sonicare and the model number wasn't on the actual device that I could find, and it was a huge pain in the neck to figure it out.
I know Philips is headquarted in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and having studied some Dutch maybe you could offer me a job about making your products and web site more user and consumer friendly bcause obvioulsy someone in HQ is not seeing to this.
Pros: nice that elice brush heads fit
Cons: i'll never buy this product again., i'll look for a competitor's product before i pay, more for one like i want from philips, too few characters above in the review field

Great toothbrush, however very poor batter life. Quickly starts slowing down at end of battery without giving the "time to recharge" signal at the end of a brushing. Warranty replacement handle does not have the quad pacer feature. Not a 1 for 1 warranty replacement in my book.

love it as does my dentist! My teeth have
never been cleaner. I encourage others
to make the investment as regular use will
greatly improve dental health! The design
is ideal and fits very comfortably in your

I prefer the two speed on the old e-series and the 2 minute timer setting.
Pros: fairly inexpensive
Cons: no two speed, no 2 min timer

why:
performance- brush brushes as stated. brush heads perform well when new but then deteriorate requiring one to purchase new heads if one wants a cleaner brushing.
ease of use- twist brush head on and charge and brush.
design- designed to be thrown away. Not a lifelong product - meant to be replaced.

my teeth feel realy clean and fresh after using my sonic tooth brush . because i am older nd want to keep my teeth as long as possible i am glad to have this product. my dentist recomended it to me. the ease of using it is a great feature . i would recomend it to anyone.
