It was a gift to my dad, he thought it was a little big so he wanted to exchange it for the smaller one. The woman at the store was so rude to him, also towards me, she said they don’t take returns even when they have the exact same bag in the store, and the one he wanted as well. She said her manager is the only one who can take returns. Absolutely useless.

Great Bag—And Tough Too!

My wife got me this bag for our 30th anniversary 3 weeks ago. It looks terrific and I love it.
Today, while crossing the street in the crosswalk, I was hit by a car. It missed me but hit my bag which had my laptop and iPad in it. When I, fearing to look, checked the condition of my computer, all was well! And as you can see in the photos, there’s not a mark on the bag. Had I been 6” back of where I was standing, I’d have had a fractured or broken leg.
So the bag is great, protected my electronics, and still looks wonderful after being hit by a car. Thank you, Samsonite!
