Super cheap handle

The bag is nice, but the handle will not stay in the extended position at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the idea of this bag, but it is way too small for me. My rating is comparing it to a Samsonite expandable suitcase I had years back and which I wanted again but Samsonite apparently no longer makes it and this is the closest I could come. But the fact is, while the wheels are convenient, they take up a lot of space that could be used for packing, especially compared to the pull wheels that are built in to the case. The old wheels may not be able to go in all directions, but it is far more important to me to have room in the bag, and the bag itself is far smaller in this model than it used to be. I wanted to use this for a vacation to Crete I just took, but after I packed it I decided to bring my old one instead, even though it is falling apart, which is a disappointment and I want to return it.
