It is so versatile, becarse it can be your luggage, school or work backpack, or city daybag. I leave my separate purse home when I go on vaca, since this bag will look good to go out with. Great ROI, don't hesitate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned many travel backpacks as I travel frequently, but the Samsonite mobile essentials backpack is my favorite. It's made of a canvas like material that is waterproof and tear resistant. It's very lightweight so I can fill it up with travel essentials without it weighing me down. I love the design of it; it's very minimal but at the same time classy. The muted gold zippers and accents go well with the dark black material. There are several zippers and pockets in the backpack itself which allows me to organize everything I need in separate compartments. I love that it has both a padded laptop compartment as well as a tablet compartment. I have filled it up full of my laptop, tablet, phone, books, travel essentials, water bottle and writing utensils without it becoming full or packed. It's also been very light to carry even with all these materials. This has become my go-to backpack for both travel and work. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lightweight but still stylish backpack that has both functionality and substance.
