The case is garbage!

I purchased my phone in June and the flimsy case cracked on the sides. You have to take the phone out of the case to charge it and the case is so flimsy it cannot handle the pressure from constantly removing and putting it back in. The LCD screen fell out of display case. It just feel out and the wires were still attached to it but the screen hangs out of the display case. LG doesnt honor their 12 month warranty either. The retail price has dropped $315 since I purchased the phone. Obviously LG knows this is a very poor product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love my dual screen im ordering my second. it has taken all my falls and drops... believev me it took plenty. Finally gave out. i would nly give it one minus is that the outside screen is still glass.. so i am going to put a protector on the outside this time... otherwise.. for the price and the functionality i get... BEST BUY I EVER MADE
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, battery, Performance, Quality

Great for 2 things open both sides, not great at..

Great for 2 things open both sides, not great at "tablet" mode as one big screen with the plastic inbetween.
BUT just having the simple feature as a very thin second screen really feels like a big case, and it holds up if you watch video on it.
Very expensive, don't drop it (my bad)... Thinking if I want a new one or not so 4/5 for value being the only negative
