It is falling apart!

I thought it was me. I never mistreated a phone. This is a quality issue. The plastic that covers the hinge is broken and falling by parts. Unbelievable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this nearly as soon as it came out and dropped it the same week. It's not available to buy separately yet, I called lg, my carrier, and best buy. Repair shops want 320 bucks to fix it, it is not good at protecting AT ALL bc the front is glass

STILL WAITING ON THE DUAL SCREEN

Rapidly losing my enthusiasm for this phone. Was excited to buy because of dual screen - still don't have it after almost 2 months. And it is way past Sprint's 30 day return policy so now I'm stuck. Customer service is almost non-existent - only automated replies. Phone is good, but without the dual screen it's just another phone.

Great phone for its price

I bought it 15 days ago ..good phone so far.. 3 stars because does not charge as fast as my lg6 .its so slippery ..i got to hold it with 2 hands. I got to be careful where i put it.. Nomatter how careful i am. It has fell 3 times n many times under my car seat..another thing i hate the botton of google voice assistant On the left side of the phone
..hmm that seems weird .like yall want listen to
everything .. Last but not leas . the phone its slippery so hard to use finger print with one hand .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters you can never watch the dual screen together because of the divide but you can multi task between two things which is cool but dont expect to watch movies on both. The phone by itself function great but it doesnt look like much with out the dual screen. The other thing is i just broke the out of layer on case from a very faint drop. So the glass is very cheap made and not durable. Also there are no screen protectors to fit outer screen and you will need 3 screen protectors on fun in which i find stupid. Not a bad phone but its look alot better than its actual function. I wouldnt buy again.

Got this just before Christmas. Didnt come with the charger piece so I have to take the case off constantly which is annoying and messing up my case. My down volume seems to stick and doesnt work properly. Its cool and fun but I personally wouldnt buy anything like this again.
