DONT Try to bake in this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since our purchase, the oven has not been able to keep consistent temperature, we have had it repeatedly warranty serviced and it has not resolved the issue. At these prices, this is unacceptable. Also, trying to get customer support questions takes a lot of digging/research to find and connect to a real person.
The Wi-Fi features are also somewhat problematic when using, because the controls on the stove don’t reflect the Wi-Fi settings when using the App the two are not designed to sync. Finally, there needs to be or should be a light over the controls as they are hard to see when using. The stove top on our range is gas and works well, it is easy to maintain and we love the integrated wok-grate features.
Overall, because of the performance of the oven and the inability of the service to repair the unit and get it working as advertised, I cannot recommend this KitchenAid product, further because of the complicated customer support, I am not likely to purchase additional KitchenAid/Whirlpool products in the future. This was an expensive mistake, one we are not likely to repeat. We are currently seeking a total stove exchange/replacement under consumer lemon laws.

We regret purchasing this KitchenAid dual fuel “commercial” range. It was installed in 2023 and has never worked properly. The turbo burners can not boil 2.5” of room temperature tap water in 10” pot in less than half hour and they flame up uncontrollably when they have been on for awhile, like when simmering soups and stews. The burner grates scratched to bare metal almost immediately upon using the appliance. The electric oven is LOUD, can not be calibrated and can’t maintain the set temperature, especially at higher temps. We are no longer a KitchenAid family. Pass on this! Soooo disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and overall am satisfied. There are three issues I have however. The oven temperature was much lower then the setting and needed to be calibrated which required a WiFi connection. The WiFi connection instructions didn't work so I needed to talk to the KitchenAid connection representatives twice to get this resolved. The last is a recommendation to include a backsplash with the range instead of as an additional cost extra. The KitchenAid range it replaced came with a backsplash for the factory.

Wonderful upgrade for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. The wok hob, the oven temperature accuracy, the self-cleaning function, the look, all of it. There is one small thing that could be improved - the fake "legs" at the bottom. They are not fixed and every time I mop they get knocked out of place and i have to get on my hands and knees to resent them in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our back right burner fails to light. The company that installed it will be back on Sept 15 to try to fix. If it can’t be fixed we are going to work through the vendor for a new stove. We paid alot of money and performance thus far is unacceptable.
