Not easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove last year. While its aesthetic appeal is noteworthy, I encountered challenges in integrating it with my application. Amidst the demands of a busy life and familial responsibilities, I find myself yearning for the convenience provided by my previous, more affordable stove, particularly its ability to schedule cooking or set timers. Cleaning this stove poses a significant challenge due to numerous intricate components that are difficult to access. Furthermore, despite featuring six burners, only one is small, resulting in uneven heating that has caused discoloration on most of my pots, primarily around the edges rather than the base. Notably, the stove's functionality heavily relies on an accompanying mobile application, necessitating installation on every device in the household. This requirement may present a learning curve for some members who are unfamiliar with such technology.

Do better

I had this dual fuel range installed a little over 1 month ago. The unit itself works fine but the cooking grates look horrible. Just using my pots and pans on the grates takes the coating off. I'm not proud of my new range. The grates need a better coating that will last.

Luxurious replacement for old gas range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The propane cooktop has excellent controls for its variety of burners. It is easy to clean with a soft cloth or sponge.
The oven shelves are easy to remove and reposition. The oven controls took awhile to learn, and the chime and light on the main knob seem to react to motion nearby (gremlins?), but the directions are easy to implement even without wi-fi.

Nice looking oven but don’t use a high heat !

Purchased 2 years ago and the bottom of the oven is peeling off. Do NOT use the self clean feature it is known to get too hot and cause this issue, I have now learned. Called KitchenAid but it’s out of warranty and they weren’t willing to do anything. Very disappointing, especially given the $ price of this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
