Beautiful unit

It looks beautiful in our kitchen while adding an additional oven. Love the 6 burners, made the holiday cooking so easy. Both stove and oven work incredible. Love our choice.

Love the colour I chose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used my range for 5 months now, absolutely love it other than the sliding oven rack does not stay out when you’re turning things in the oven, it slides half way back in! We have checked to make sure if it’s level,which it is. Any suggestions as to why it doesn’t stay out?

Nice overall, but a couple quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove top is great, and once preheated we are happy with the oven too. Must be quirks with our particular unit, but it heats to 400 in reasonable amount of time but then takes a very long time to reach 425 with fan continuously cycling on and off. Also there is a loud metalic buzz that comes from the back metal panel, as if it's not screwed on tightly enough - this lasts for at least an hour after using, while the fan is running and can be heard from adjoining rooms. I have tried wedging something between the back panel and the wall and it reduced the buzz a bit. If I had to do again, I would choose somethig else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible product and worst customer service

Bought this appliance with high hopes and about a year after it crapped out. Service has been out once to try and fix it and no luck and another time with a few parts. Call the service line weekly and get a different story every time. Going on 3 months with no stove and 3 kids at home. They will not give the name of the service company and will not let you speak with a manger. Just got off another long drawn out call to be told the parts needed might be in in 15 business days and I just need to keep calling back! Extended warranty is a joke. If you cannot fix the issue send a new unit at this price!!! Do not waste your money on these appliances at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

disappointed, this was my "splurge"

The shelves are very hard to pull out and push in, I feel one day the hot food will spill and cause a burn. The inside ligts also seem to interfere with smooth rack maneuvering.
I didn't pass my move in inspection because we couldn't find the anti-tip package.

Bakes Much Better than prior KAID range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works much better than the prior range which would have received 1 star due to poor baking and KAID's inability to replace an oven burner element. I will give replacement unit 4 stars. One feature that we would like to see on the unit is a clock/timer.
