Don't Waste Your Money

Have had a few performance and overall design issues with this stove in less than a year of owning it. It looks beautiful but that's about it. The dials are in a horrible spot. We have managed to turn the burns on a few times by merely brushing past them. The oven is VERY low. Getting heavier things out can be a little tricky. The broil setting has stopped working, one of the burners is difficult to light and oven barely lights on any setting other then convection. You have to use the app for the timer, which is silly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good so far, but question a design feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the stove converted to Propane...no issues - excellent heat.
However I question why the designers / engineers have the oven vent directly out the front between the door and control knobs - versus the top, at the back, directly under the hood fan. Two issues..1) not all the heat reaches the hood fan (heats up the kitchen), 2) when roasting really wet items or doing any open pot braising...the steam exits through the front producing lots of condensation on the front panel and knobs (water ends up dripping onto the floor).
Other than that all is good. But fix the vent placement.

Broken from the beginning and no parts in stock

Had this range installed about a month ago and since the beginning it has not worked properly. Literally from the first use. The oven cooling fan is broken and while trying to get service the technician said it would be a while until he could fix it because the part is not in stock. So I have a brand new oven that does not work.
If you are thinking of buying this I recommend you spend a bit more and get a more reliable brand.
It does look nice though...

Good cooking area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new stove for a couple of months now. I really like the amount of burners and the larger oven size. I DON'T like that there is no timer or that the temperature probe does not work unless it is connected to wifi. I tried to connect it but live in a rural area and could not get it connected. It should not have to rely on that to utilize all the features that are promoted. Also the stainless steel top in front of the burners scratches too easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best of both worlds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has been a dream of mine for many years. We wanted to go with a US company but still have a quality range. The range and burner set up is excellent. The oven is large and bakes evenly. The convection oven is much better then our previous ovens.
