Fingers Crossed...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is very attractive, but the front ledge is obtrusive and just collects food remnants from burner cooking; I'm constantly cleaning it. I do like the oven controls; that is, the lights and "oven temp. ready indicator" and the pull out rack handles.
I am concerned about the burner grates and how durable or "non-durable" they may be as they do not seem very solid in structure. I wish manufacturer's engineers would hold focus groups with both consumers and servicemen to gain input/knowledge in designing appliances. I've read so many questionable reviews about appliances that it's painful to have to purchase a new appliance because you know in just a short time (some appliances have a life span of 5-8years now) it will be problematic. Why can't manufacturers take pride in making quality goods?
I would recommend this to a friend!
