Easy to make fresh pasta

Learning Process

I gave it four stars because the problems I’ve had with the machine could just be user error. It seems easy enough to use, but I’m not succeeding in making a full batch of pasta. I consider myself a reasonably good cook and a relatively smart person, but my first two attempts at pasta making have been foiled by this machine. To be fair I’ve never made pasta by hand or by machine before. Also, I live in Colorado which is very dry so I don’t know if that affects anything pasta-wise. I’ve looked on YouTube for videos that make it seem easy enough so I’m not giving up. The second attempt yielded better results than the first one. My husband and I each had a bowl of spaghetti but not the full pound. I’m going to try the wide noodle next to see if that’s better.

I was able to make a whole bunch of pasta at once and many different kinds. So fun and easy, such a plus! I highly recommend this to anyone who likes freshly made pasta!
