[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this pasta maker! It was so easy to use. If I knew this machine was around years ago, I would have bought it sooner. The ease of use is great, I put all the flour into the machine. Add the water through the top. The machine mixes and then extracts the pasta. I’m in love with the quick pasta mode!! I will never buy pasta again. My only wish is that there were more pasta shapes to choose from .

Perfect pasta every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach Electric pasta and noodle maker, is my new favorite kitchen appliance. There is nothing better then fresh pasta. It is very easy to use the directions are very clear. Within 20minutes you have fresh ready to cook pasta, no drying needed. It comes with 7 different pasta discs. Just add you ingredient's and it does all the work for you. You will need to flour the pasta as it comes out to prevent sticking. It is easy to clean everything comes apart easy, and a cleaning brush is included. The top panel is easy to navigate you can either do programmed pasta or manual. It comes with measuring cups for liquid and flour so easy to measure and read. There is a nice storage drawer on the bottom to store your discs. Follow the measurements exact for perfect pasta every time. Again so easy to use, a high quality kitchen tool. This pasta maker has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

Fresh pasta weekly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta maker has been so nice to have as we go through a lot of pasta here in our home. There are seven different pasta shape varieties that can be made from this pasta maker angel hair, penne, thick spaghetti, fettucine, spaghetti, wide noodle, and lasagna. We have not used all varieties yet, however the penne and lasagna ones turned out spectacular. There is no need to dry the pasta after making it, just make it and start boiling it in water to cook. We did find that sometimes we need a little more liquid then the recipe calls for as it can get too thick to actually push through the noodle slots. Other than that we enjoy fresh made pasta dishes once a week and cannot wait to continue using it!!

Quick and Easy Pasta Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta maker is very easy to use. It takes about 15 minutes for me to make quick pasta which is a setting. You must be very specific with the weight of your water and flour in this machine. The machine will weigh it for you, i us my own kitchen scale. You want dry dough that resembles chunky crab meat when it is done mixing. If you think you need more water you must add a tiny amount or all the extruded spaghetti will be too moist and stick together. Its a good looking machine with a small footprint. It has a bottom drawer that stores all your pasta dyes. It is practical and fun to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try the Hamilton Beach pasta maker as I have always wanted to make fresh pasta. I was a bit nervous at first but the directions are great and the machine was up and running right away. It was much quieter than I expected and quicker too. Love the different pasta discs for variety. Very easy to add more liquid or flour if need be. The pasta came out perfect! I did find it a little difficult to clean as dough seems to find every nook and cranny but other than that I found no issues and will be using this a lot from now on.

Finally! I can make my own pasta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta maker changed everything. I can now make my own at home, and make it so it fits into my dietary needs. It is easy to use, and as long as you measure out ingredients exactly, you'll get perfect pasta every time! The directions are easy to follow. The built in scale assures proper measuring. I've only used it once, but so far so good!
