I love this product. But after a few months, the suction feature no longer works. It just runs and runs after pulling out the air and never switches over to seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was only able to seal 4/6 mason jars. They sent another accessory tube and mason jar kit but still didn’t work. It took too long for replacement so I just returned it instead.

I bought this model after my old one just wore out and I really have been sorry. Half the time it won't seal after the first bag. I can't locate a manual or trouble-shoot site for it. I'm ready to throw it in the garbage.

help to buy the right product please

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the FoodSaver Space Saving Vacuum Sealer is like it says it is small enough to hide away quickly but so easy to use I like to vacuum seal my meats now so much better than a zip lock bag and a space saver for my freezer. Plus the bell peppers and other veggies I can prepare then seal them and they can just be ready for use love this product. Only thing would be that yes it adds time to my putting away things but it is truly worth the extra time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve actually owned a vacuum sealer prior but with a small kitchen we could not give up the space for the product. This new space saving vacuum sealer is half the size of our original one and is easily stored away when not using. I recently used the vacuum sealer to repackage some bulk chicken and before that I purchased to put away on our freezer and this thing works like a gem. The vacuum sealer maybe smaller but works just as good. This is easy to use and well made and I can foresee being used weekly during our meal prepping.

Easy to figure out and operate and if you've never used one, the instructions are easy to understand. The easy-out trough for excess liquids makes cleaning simple as well. We even blanched and froze summer squash. Really handy product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FoodSaver Space Saving Vacuum Sealer works well. I used it to seal my sausages and hot dogs so they're ready to freeze. It doesn't take much of my counter space and is easy to operate. Good product so far.
