I cannot recommend this machine with the built in handheld stealer. The hand held Borke off at tnipple . Cannot be replaced

Great until it wasn’t

Love this food saver until it didn’t work. It stopped sensing the bags. It did everything I needed it to do, but we even took it apart on the bottom cleaned everything out made sure seals were replaced, but it still didn’t sense the bag. It also didn’t sense it to seal to make the bag. I was very disheartened. Then to look at the replacement price was crazy because it’s double than what I paid. If there’s anything that can help me with this, I’d greatly appreciate it because I really don’t want to throw it away I think When it works it’s a great product.
