Poor design, not happy

I would love to actually be able to use this product, but I took it out of the box, brand new, and the drawer will not close after I had to force it open! I’m going to have to return this product, and I’m not pleased at all. I can’t even use it to try it out and make sure that it actually works!

This is my 2nd Food Saver. My old one is 16 years old and was getting a little slow on the vacuum process. Love my new one. We buy steelhead trout in bulk and make a portion size for the 2 of us. We make 10 bags per month for the last 16 years. Super product! I don't usually leave product reviews, but the Food Saver is a superior product that needs recognition. Keep up the great work.
