I've had a foodsaver for many years ( different model than this one). I recently upgraded to this one and I'm loving it. I love that the sealer is located on the lower part and the automatic bag detection. Using the foodsaver to seal food for the freezer is a big money saver. No more freezer burn, therefore food lasts longer. I highly recommend this model but you can't go wrong with any model you purchase!
