So far, I love this machine. It’s too early to rate the quality, but the performance is superb. I use it almost daily, resealing everything from chip bags to packages of frozen vegetables. It stays on my counter, right next to the breadbox.

I have had this unit for about a month now and love it so far. I purchased the Marinating Container and use it all the time now to marinate the meat before grilling it. This function really makes the food much better tasting as the spices are embedded into the meat and not just sitting on the surface. Another function we use a lot is with the reusable vacuum zipper bags. This feature saves us extra bags and helps keep the food longer in the refrigerator. It's a bit noisy, but not much more than my old Vacusave unit. All in all I really love this machine.

Main reason I choose to spend the extra money was because I wanted a food sealer that would do breads. This model has a feature few have which is the stop and seal. I can freeze breads, buns, rolls, cookies and most bakery items. Just hit the stop and seal before it starts to change the form of the item and no more wasting. I take out what I need and reseal for the freezer. Great for buns and bread. I can buy 2-3 loafs and not have to run to the store or waste when we change the menus up. I just take out of freezer and keep in refrigerator to use up.

So easy to use. With just the two of us, we can now buy sale sizes of meat and fish and vacuum freeze many future meals at once. Next will be our experiment with Sou Vide cooking, using vacuum sealer to bag the food.
