Frustrating

We have had its four a couple years. There are little "paddles"where the drain tray fits in. We have always had trouble with one of them sticking. Could not figure out why it would not work almost every time we went to use it, and yes we cleaned it every time we were done. We learned to live with it but now it won't even turn on. Very disappointing, seems like it should be a little less frustrating to user. Almost got to the point if dreading the frustration each time I got it out. Expensive aggravation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product but mine was stolen

I bought this several months ago, came with alot of bags of different sizes. I used it 4 times, took a trip across country, only to find out my house was broken into. We had just moved in, new pots and pans, microwave, 2 tvs and my Vacuum Sealer were stolen. This item works really well, I bought my mom one for mothers day, havent replaced mine yet, alot going on, but you will love it!!!

Overall very happy. I thought when suction was applied in some situations it would remove a bit more air, but items I’ve frozen so far seem good. Very easy to use..

No complaints except the vacuum bags with the valve don’t work well. I tried several Food Saver brand bags and sizes. Maybe 1/3 of them kept their seal.
