Do not waste your time buying anything from this company!! I have purchased and returned too many of these over priced paper weights. This is the last one I will ever use, brand new and used 3 times and I mean 3 bags and now it won't completely remove the air and just makes all kind of strange sounds and stops. If you want to buy something that's total garbage then anything from this company is for you!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great when it works

This is my second sealer and they both crapped out almost exactly 2 years after purchase if both. I was hoping the first was just a fluke but maybe they are made that way so they don’t last and you have to keep buying. I am now searching for a new brand.

Disappointed.

I bought this a few years ago, and I’m disappointed that it doesn’t work as I expected. I would seal the bags, but the food still ended up freezer burnt because the air pressure in the freezer would drop. I started using bubble seal to see if it would improve the situation, but I encountered the same problem. Additionally, the retractable hose doesn't work at all anymore, and there’s no power whatsoever. Now, I'm left with a lot of containers that are useless without proper sealing. Would I recommend this product? The answer is no.

second machine, better than the first

This is the second Foodsaver vacumm machine that was bought. Loved the first and so when it needed to be replaced of course it was replaced with another Foodsaver. What's really nice about this one is that it starts the process automatically-no extra buttons to push. It does the same excellent sealing job as the first. Want a great vacuum sealing machine-here it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why didn't I buy one sooner?!
I absolutely 💯 love it..
I feel like a little girl with her new toy. I can now start saving money because I used to throw freezer burn food in the trash.
I highly recommend it. With high prices on the rise, I can buy extras when there's sales and confident that I can seal and freeze it.

Horrible, wish I had never bought it!

This is my second and last Foodsaver, I wish I would have never purchased it. The first lasted almost 20 years, this one never seemed to work from the start. I use genuine Foodsaver bags, this thing is just a piece of garbage. Here I am 15 minutes and going trying to get something sealed and like everything else, it takes 15-20 attempts for it to seal. Often, like now, it runs, and runs, and runs, and runs, and the bag has no air left, and it continue to run, its' as if it isn't making a seal. This was an expensive mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy. Stopped working just over 6 months

Very disappointed in this. I got it for Christmas and it has already stopped vacuum sealing. It will vacuum to the third light then it will continue forever if I don’t hit seal. At that point, it loses part of the vacuum before sealing. My last one from this brand lasted years with heavier use. This one lasted just over 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased this product a week ago and it will not vacuum out all the air . I’ve tried recutting multiple bags and it just will not work properly. Pulls out about a quarter of the air then tries to seal the bag . Very very disappointed in this product as it was not a cheap purchase
