The computer works as it should, but I will probably have to use a sharpie to mark the letters, numbers, and so forth on the keyboard. Unless I am directly over the keyboard, they cannot be read.

My only complaint- Made in CHINA and not the USA! I would gladly pay more! The warranty booklet is so small you can barely read it with a magnifying glass! The user picture guideline is POOR. Too small and does not acurately point to the controls/features.

For the price, it is an excellent laptop. Would buy it again! My only complain is the packaging. Laptop was scared in the styrofoams. However, it was delivered in a brown cardboard box and the tape on the box was slightly open. I wished the laptop was secured in an HP box and then put into a cardboard box or something. Packaging can be improved.

I like this laptop very much because it is light, fast, slender, and has a keyboard with a number pad, which is important in the work I do. I've bought two of these in two years, only because I accidentally damaged the first one.
